oh my i haven't blogged forever!!!!! we have just had so much going on i haven't even had time to think lol!
well today we went "hunting" for a Christmas tree. we got up early this morning, got dressed nice and warm, drove out a crazy bumpy road and eventually found some trees. once we finally found them we got out of the trucks picked the one we liked and Dakota shot it twice and penny once...... with a shotgun...... oh yes really they shot it down! when Dakota told me that his family literally shot down their tree i was pretty upset. i told them they were killing the spirit of Christmas and i would not be a part of it. well after going today i can admit i was wrong. they were hunting for the spirit instead! yes we shot a tree down lol but that's not the point at all! the point was that we all went out as a family to get a Christmas tree! we spent time together as a and got excited for Christmas that's what is important. i am glad i went it really reminded me that its not really about gifts and spending money its about being with the people that you love. i love my family so much each person is so special to me even if they drive me crazy or make me angry, i am so blessed to have a family that cares so much for each other. i hope everyone have a Merry Christmas and fabulous new year!!! ill try to blog more haha what else do i have to do at work? lol
